i am devolving a portal for farmers where farmers can track keep of his farming from stating state to last stage in farming, i am focusing only on paddy crop and in that if any diseases or pest harming the farmer can upload or click the picture and share and using ml it will be identified and solution will be provided , help me in more way so that how can i make it more smart portal
